Ghost Hunt....Vapor or Reality?
Ghost Hunt was an experiment in “you-are-there” Blair-Witchian filmmaking. Red Scream Films LLC assembled a group of 13 people, put them into small groups, gave them a consumer-grade video camera and sent them on their way to explore the rumored to be haunted Buffalo Central Terminal. Originally intended as a feature we found that the material shot just wasn’t strong enough to support a full 90 minutes. We then proceded to edit Ghost Hunt down to 45 minutes with the intention of marketing to a cable channel like Discovery or SciFi. Unfortunately what with having three features in post production and just as many in development, our already thinly stretched resources just couldn’t cope so…Ghost Hunt remains on a back burner waiting for a window of opportunity to open. 2009 perhaps?
